Mail Surveys

We can field all your mail surveys. We prefer to send one mailing (initial) and at least one follow-up mailing to complete a self-administered questionnaire. Our typical mail survey research package includes:

* Cover letter for the initial mailout of your survey.
* Two page back-to-back self-administered questionnaire with  "Thank you" at the end.
* Business Reply Mail (BRM) envelope addressed to us for the initial mailout of your survey.
* Tracking of respondents using unique identification for the follow-up mailout of your survey to nonresponders.
* Cover letter for the follow-up mailout of your survey.
* Two page back-to-back self-administered questionnaire with "Thank you" at the end.
* A Business Reply Mail (BRM) Envelope addressed to us for the follow-up mailout of your survey.

We can host all your web surveys. Some of the basic features of our services and hosted Internet survey include:

* Host your online web survey live within hours or the next day. Email us your closed and open-ended questions in the order you would like them, your email invitation(s) with subject line for email along with a text file of the email addresses. If you do not have email addresses, then you will have to buy them from a provider. We work with most email sample providers that you might hire to buy the email sample. After you buy the email sample, we work with the email sample provider and append to the email invitation they will send our unique URL for each designated (selected) respondent to go to take your online web survey.
* Two (2) follow-up email invitations sent three (3) to four (4) days apart. This service costs more when you use an email sample provider.
* Automatically generated "Thank you" at end of the completed survey.
* Your results are sent by email in a Tab Delimited text file within minutes of the end of the survey period. This will allow you to import the data file into most statistical data analyses software packages or we can run your data analysis.
* Low rates -- Based on the number of email invitations sent (Respondents Selected) with a survey of fifteen (15) close-end questions and two (2) open-ended questions. Please inquiry if you survey is longer, etc.
* We can also brand your hosted online survey. Send us a gif or jpeg file within the following limits: 150 X 55 pixels.
