In a brief span of ten years, METRIC has emerged as the leading Marketing Consultancy firm and carved out a special position for itself as the source for value added research.  Established in the year 1989, as a partnership firm by Dr.Anand Karandikar and Dr. Ameeta Deshmukh, today METRIC is a public limited company with a high powered team of Senior Consultants with long standing experience in both line marketing and research, supported by consultants and research officers. Besides India, METRIC is represented in Brazil, Bulgaria, Hungary, PR China, New Zealand, Thailand and UK."

METRIC has its head office in Pune with modern computerised data processing system and a large library with over 2000 reference volumes. The firm has an all India data collection network with branch offices located in Delhi, Banglore, Ahmedabad, Chennai and Bhopal and field offices at Hyderabad and Lucknow.

Many recent studies have proved that this understanding is inadequate and inappropriate Our CS Model : The MOSTER System is based on Dr. Noriaki Kano' s famous model of Two Dimensional Quality. In this system, plotting is done in such way that each customer get located in one of the three zones namely the Zone of Dissatisfaction, Zone of Satisfaction and Delight Zone. This is an extremely useful tool in case of high variability in individual satisfaction scores which happens in diverse and segmented markets.
