: The MOSTER System is based on Dr. Noriaki Kano' s famous model
of Two Dimensional Quality. In this system, plotting is
done in such way that each customer get located in one of the
three zones namely the Zone of Dissatisfaction, Zone of Satisfaction
and Delight Zone. This is an extremely useful tool in case of
high variability in individual satisfaction scores which happens
