• We give you back the untreated results in real time on a html page (secure access) and by e-mail at the end of the survey period.

• You host your questionnaire and the responses on our web servers

• You retrieve the untreated results from an html page (secure access) and you receive by e-mail all your untreated results at the end of the survey period.

Piece 1. Publication of the questionnaires

Thanks to the creation and publication interface, that you download and install on your computer, you are able to adapt and present all types of web format questions (  6 types of questions: Choose one, Choose all that apply, Repeated Scale, Fill in the Blank, Fill in the Number, Essay Question)

• You don't have to technically intervene for the hosting of  your questionnaire and your responses.

• You don't need intervention from a third party, you can now work self-sufficiently.

• The questionnaire is automatically sent on our servers when you put in your order.

• Protected access available: one password per respondent or one password for all of them.

• The respondent can reenter a partially completed questionnaire.

• We can implement a questionnaire under any kind of URL and integrate it in a preexisting web site (optional).

• Thanks to the respondent management interface, you will be able to create and manage your interviewee distribution list.

• Individual info card per respondent (Name, Address, Email, Reminder method e-mail).

• Respondents can be grouped to facilitate the distribution : for example, a group for the marketing department. 

• You can create reminders for people who didn't answer at the first time.
