Demetra was founded in 1989 by a small group of statistical researchers. They were the first in Italy to employ CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) for market and statistical research. Since then, the company has managed to develop considerably. Today Demetra is one of the Italy's leaders in the field of data collecting by providing telephone interviewing services, mail-out questionnaires (validated) service, face to face interviewing services and data analysis services.

 

Our Projects, Offices, and Staff

Demetra has completed more than 100 research projects, interviewing almost 100.000 families and more 20.000 companies.

Demetra's offices are equipped with a 20-line telephone connection for telephone interviewing and CATI.

Demetra's staff includes a core of 4 professional researchers.

Demetra's staff includes 30 telephone and face to face interviewers who are fully trained and highly experienced.

Demetra also has a national (ITALY) network of face to face interviewers.

 

Demetra Services include:

  • Questionnaires and validation of questionnaires

  • Statistical sampling

  • Selection of samples from a data base

  • Field research (CATI and face to face all over Italy)

  • Statistical processing of data (including graphs and charts)

  • Qualitative analyses of data
