Group is an international marketing and research firm based in the
Miami area, with Offices in the New York and Chicago metropolitan
areas. The Group, founded in 1983, offers marketing research and
direct marketing services for clients worldwide, including:

Group consists of two companies, both wholly owned but with
independent operations.
While complementary, the two companies have a uniquely different
focus to their respective businesses. However, they do utilize
each others resources to offer a comprehensive program of
services for clients who require a complete "package".

SIL Worldwide Marketing Services
Qualitative
market research, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and
on-site team interviews.
Quantitative market research services, including secondary market
analysis reports, competitive intelligence, and primary survey research
and analysis.
DMSG: Direct Marketing Services Group
International data collection and tabulation via an in house CATI
center with a multilingual staff for global fieldwork.
Direct marketing and sales enhancement programs (telemarketing and
direct mail). This includes SalesBooster, a proprietary direct
marketing service designed for "relationship marketing"
programs intended to help clients both maximize per capita expenditures
from their existing franchise, as well as develop new customers.

SIL Group operates
a CATI telemarketing and interviewing center in the Miami area,
with additional capacity in Hawaii and Canada. The Group also maintains
a client service and field coordination office in Chicago, and a
client service office in the New York area (Danbury). The Group
has affiliate relationships with marketing and research firms in
Asia, Europe, and Latin America for regional projects outside North
America. This structure allows us to better serve our clients by
maintaining the flexibility to work with a broader range of international
colleagues.
